How do I register my product? Do I have to purchase it at kef.com?
To create a myKEF account or log into your existing account, click on 'My Products', then select 'Register New Product' and complete the registration form. You can register a product purchased from kef.com or any of our authorised retailers.
I haven't received my unique discount code via email - what should I do?
To receive your discount code email with details on how to claim this offer, you need to opt in to receive KEF newsletters. If you have already signed up and opted in, please check your Spam folder. If you cannot locate your email or have not received one, please contact us.
Can I still register my product if I've lost my invoice?
Please contact us if you encounter any difficulties with your product registration.

- This promotion runs from 9 September to 8 October at 23:59 HKT.
- This promotion is open only to myKEF members who have registered eligible KEF products, including HiFi speakers, wireless speakers, soundbars or Muo. Eligible customers must register their product(s) on myKEF before or during the promotion period to receive unique promotion codes.
- Customers must opt-in to receive KEF marketing emails and retain proof of their Product Registration Confirmation. If customers have not opted in to receive marketing updates, they can contact us with proof of their product registration to receive their discount codes.
- Customers will receive unique discount code(s) via email after registering their eligible KEF product(s) on myKEF. The code can be used to purchase KC92, KC62 and Kube MIE Series or Muo on kef.com and must be entered in the 'Discount Code' field during checkout.
- Discount codes will be valid until 15 October 2026. Each code can only be redeemed once.
- This offer is available online at kef.com and in-store at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong.
- This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion nor exchanged for a cash alternative. The availability of the promotional products is subject to stock availability.
